PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY BUREAU ANNOUNCES THAT 800 MHZ  BAND RECONFIGURATION
WILL COMMENCE NOVEMBER 1, 2006, IN THE NPSPAC REGIONS ASSIGNED TO WAVE 3 FOR NPSPAC CHANNELS.
